Hungry for cartoons? MSCA Dinner Meetings 1st Thursday of each month!

The next MSCA Monthly Dinner Meeting is this Thursday, December 1st at the U of M Garibaldi’s Pizza on Walker Avenue near Highland and Southern. Dinner meetings start at 7PM and run until 9-10PM, or until Garibaldi’s employees start turning off lights on us and locking up! Guest speakers usually start around 8pm.

Every 1st Thursday of the month we meet from 7-9pm to draw toons, talk shop, and eat pizza.

Sunday Funnies to go- on your letters!

Whenever I go into the post office and they ask if I need any stamps I always ask them, “Do you have any cartoon ones?” and they usually reply with a “Sorry, no.”

Yesterday was different! I bought two panes of Sunday Funnies stamps!

November art events and meetings

Don’t forget that this Thursday is the MSCA Dinner Meeting at 7 pm.  We’ll gather at Garibaldi’s Pizza on Walker Ave (across from Tiger Bookstore).

The second gathering is on November 20th at 9 am for Sat-art-day for those who can’t make the Thursday meeting, and to give us an opportunity to get some artwork . . .
