Adam Shaw News
Posted on January 18th, 2010 by Kevin in Appearances and Conventions, Fun Stuff, Member NewsHey, gang,
Time to go pirate a movie and set your VCR’s! I’m kiddin’ about the first part. Also, I’ve read HARPE and it is amazing. Not for the children, but based on historic events…go get you one!
A painting I worked on is in the new Tennessee Williams movie “Loss of
a Teardrop Diamond”. The character of “Jimmy”, played by Chris Evans,
is looking up at the portrait in one of the first scenes. I’m
actually in the credits. The movie was directed by Memphian Jodie
Markell. It’s playing at the Malco Ridgeway.
Also on the 26th of January there is another signing for Harpe at
Davis Kidd at 6pm. Chad and I will be on Live at 9 that morning on
Channel 3.
Thank you.
-Adam
Also, Lin and I are looking for a copy of the screenplay to “London After Midnight,” so if you can direct us to it, please write to webmaster@midsouthcartoonists.com with details.
